Restaurant & Bar Verige65

Situated at the narrowest part of Boka Bay, Verige65 is an ideal spot to observe and admire the beauty of cruise ships and yachts passing by. This seafront restaurant gives a memorably view over the fairy-tale town Perast and islets of Our Lady of Rocks and Saint George.

Bistro & Bar Kantina 65

Located in the Herceg Novi city center, Bistro & bar Kantina 65 is a place where you can enjoy totally new concept of food preparation. Lunch menu is being changed on daily basis. In addition, you can enjoy in standard menu (pizza, pasta, burgers, etc...), as also in a premium selection of beverages.

Eco village Nevidio

Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Montenegro, with amazing views to the mountains and lakes. Eco village Nevidio offers accommodation in nine mountain cottages. Every cottage has it’s own terrace with beautiful view over the lake just in front of our eco village. In the center of eco village Nevidio is placed a restaurant with terrace over the lake. It is offering a menu with dishes prepared from the local goods. Here you can enjoy the typical Montenegrin kitchen prepared on a modern way.

Taxi boat 65 is a company focused on providing quality speedboat transportation services. Taxi boat 65 provide the fastest and easiest way to get around Boka Bay.

Beach Club Kumbor 65

Beach club Kumbor 65 is our new ongoing project in hospitality. Project is located on the seaside, close to the Portonovi, with amazing view to Boka bay. Expected date of opening is summer 2023.

Role: Investor.

Bobotov resort

Luxury resort located in the village Uskoci, Municipality Zabljak. Resort is located on 6 hectars size plot, and it consists of 3 parts: hotel, villas and recreational zone. Design of resort is inspired by traditional Durmitor architecture.

Role: Plot acquisition and obtaining urban technical conditions.

Residential villa in Podgorica

Residential villa is our project located in suburb of Podgorica, capital of Montenegro. Villa has been built in modern style, with special focus to all details in interior and exterior.
